泡菜炒年糕Kimchi Fried Rice Cake
材料
肉片 50克
韓式泡菜 150克
年糕 150克
蒜末 15克
蒜苗 40克
Ingredients
50 grams slices of meat
150 grams Korean style kimchi
150 grams New Years rice cake rolls
15 grams minced garlic
40 grams garlic bulbs
調味料
蠔油 1大匙
細糖 1茶匙
Seasoning
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
做法
1.年糕用熱水浸泡約5分鐘至軟後瀝乾水分.
2.熱鍋下少許油,小火炒香肉片及蒜末.下泡菜.蠔油及少許水.
3.加入年糕炒至湯汁收乾即可.
Preparation Instructions
1. Soak the cakes in hot water for 5 minutes until they soften, then drain off the water.
2. Put a little oil into a pan, stir-fry the meat and garlic on a low flame. Next add the kimchi, oyster sauce and a little water.
3. Add the rice cakes and stir-fry. It is done when the sauce is absorbed.
